Provide functional & technical support for Tally ERP / TallyPrime users.
Troubleshoot issues related to accounting entries, GST, invoicing, banking, reports, and data configuration.
Guide clients through installations, updates, configurations, and basic error resolution.
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, tickets, and remote support tools.
Maintain proper documentation and support logs.
Conduct basic Tally orientation/training for new users if needed.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical teams.
Deliver excellent customer experience through timely and professional communication.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / TallyPrime (mandatory).
Good understanding of Accounting concepts (Journal, Ledger, GST, TDS, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet).
Strong communication & client management skills.
Ability to analyse issues and provide effective solutions.
Basic technical knowledge of Windows, networking, and software installation (added advantage).
Eagerness to learn and upgrade skills.
