Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities :-

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, payments, receipts).

• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable including vendor reconciliation and follow-ups.

• Assist in inventory accounting, raw material and finished goods reconciliation.

• Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.

• Support in bank reconciliations, petty cash, and journal entries.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly MIS, balance sheet schedules, and P&L statements.

• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

• Ensure accuracy and timely updating of all financial records in Tally/ERP system.

Required Qualifications & Skills :-

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

• Experience: 1–4 years

• Technical Skills: Tally ERP, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), ERP knowledge preferred

• Knowledge of: GST, TDS, Manufacturing accounts, Inventory & Costing basics

• Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical ability, and attention to detail
