An Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and helping organizations comply with laws and regulations.

Maintain Financial Records
- Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, expenses)
- Keep ledgers, journals, and financial statements updated
Prepare Financial Reports
- Create profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries
Tax Compliance
- Prepare and file tax returns (GST, income tax, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with government regulations
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing budgets
- Analyze financial performance and predict future trends
Audit Support
- Prepare documents for internal and external audits
- Ensure records are accurate and transparent
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage invoices and payments
- Track money owed to and by the company
Payroll Management
- Process employee salaries and deductions
- Ensure compliance with labor and tax laws
