Core Responsibilities

Daily sales & purchase entries

GST billing & filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

Tally / accounting software handling

Stock management (cement, steel inventory)

Bank reconciliation

Vendor & customer ledger management

E-way bills & invoices

Cash flow tracking

Basic profit & loss reporting

🧠 Skills to Look For

Strong in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

Good knowledge of GST & taxation

Experience in construction / building materials business (important!)

Excel knowledge (basic to intermediate)

Honest & detail-oriented (very important for accounts)

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

1–3 years experience (or more if budget allows)

Commerce background (B.Com / M.Com preferred)

Worked with inventory-based business

Can work independently (not dependent on CA daily)
