The Receptionist cum Billing and Inventory Executive will be responsible for managing the front desk, patient billing, cash handling, and maintaining clinic inventory. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently to ensure smooth clinic operations and an excellent patient experience.
Greet and assist patients courteously upon arrival.
Manage patient appointments, schedule follow-ups, and maintain the appointment register/software.
Answer phone calls, respond to patient queries, and coordinate with dental staff.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Generate accurate bills for treatments and procedures using clinic software.
Collect payments via cash, card, or UPI and issue receipts.
Maintain a daily record of all transactions, deposits, and outstanding dues.
Reconcile daily cash and prepare end-of-day financial summaries.
Handle discounts, adjustments, and refunds as per clinic policy.
Maintain records of dental consumables, medicines, and clinic supplies.
Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory logs.
Monitor material usage and ensure sufficient stock availability.
Raise purchase requests when stock levels are low.
Receive, verify, and record deliveries from vendors.
Maintain an organized storage system for easy access to materials.
Support basic bookkeeping activities (record expenses, update ledgers, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors and accounts department for payments.
Provide daily billing and stock reports to management.
Support doctors and management in administrative tasks when required.
