Auditor

auditor who conducts on-site audits to evaluate a company's operational, financial, and IT processes, assess internal controls and risk management, ensure regulatory compliance, identify inefficiencies, and report findings to management. Key duties include planning and executing field audits, gathering evidence through interviews and documentation review, preparing detailed reports with recommendations, and conducting follow-up to ensure corrective actions are implemented. 

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Planning & Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans for field engagements, ensuring adequate coverage of all critical business areas. 

• Control & Risk Assessment:Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management systems, and governance processes. 

• Compliance Monitoring:Monitor adherence to relevant laws, regulations, company policies, and industry standards. 

• Data Gathering & Analysis:Conduct interviews with staff, review financial and operational documents, and analyze data to identify inconsistencies, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses. 

• Reporting & Communication:Prepare clear and detailed audit reports summarizing findings, providing recommendations for improvement, and presenting results to management and stakeholders. 

• Follow-Up:Monitor and report on the implementation of agreed-upon corrective actions to ensure identified issues are resolved. 

• Process Improvement:Advise management on areas for improving operational efficiency and strengthening internal controls. 

• Stakeholder Collaboration:Build and maintain professional relationships across the organization and collaborate with other departments.
