Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment)

  • Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and vouchers

  • Handle GST work – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, returns filing

  • Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and returns

  • Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

  • Maintain cash book, ledger, and journal entries

  • Follow up on payments and outstanding balances

  • Assist in monthly and yearly account closing

  • Coordinate with CA for audit, compliance, and tax matters

  • Maintain proper documentation and records
