Job Description - Accounts Payable ( 3-4 Years)

We are seeking a Experienced Candidate for Accounts Payable function including invoice accounting, monthly expense provisioning and reversals, prepaid amortization, and capitalization to fixed assets where applicable. The role involves preparing month-end closing entries,

conducting monthly expense variance analysis, and ensuring accurate TDS deduction and GST credit review the candidate should ensure timely vendor payments, maintain supplier ledger hygiene, review advances, and monitor MSME reporting and office rent/security deposit schedules. The role includes periodic review of GST Input and Cross Reconciliation and driving improvements in AP systems (Go Expense/CoConet/ERP) The candidate will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve queries and support data preparation for audits. responding to auditor questions and closing open points. Experience of handling Big 4 audits will be an added advantage. Candidate should have strong worklong lonowledge of TDS and GST provisions.
