Prepare monthly invoices for client companies
Maintain contract rate calculations (per guard/per shift)
Track payments received from clients
Follow up for pending payments
3. Statutory Compliance 📊
Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and GST records
Prepare challans and maintain compliance documents
Coordinate with auditors or consultants for filings
4. Expense & Cash Management 💰
Maintain daily cash book and bank book
Record office expenses, guard uniforms, training costs, etc.
Track advance payments and reimbursements
5. Financial Records & Reports 📈
Maintain accounts in software like Tally or Excel
Prepare profit & loss reports and balance sheets
Maintain ledger accounts and vouchers
6. Documentation & Coordination 📂
Maintain client contracts and employee records
Coordinate with HR for joining/leaving guards
Support management with financial reports
✅ Skills Required
Basic accounting knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Tally
Understanding of PF, ESI, GST rules
Good record-keeping and communication
