Are you a seasoned taxation professional with a strong background in complex tax matters and litigation? We're looking for a dynamic Taxation Head to lead and manage our entire taxation portfolio.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Do you have prior work experience with a Chartered Accountant Firm? Are you confident in handling:
Complete Taxation Work – End-to-end management of taxation processes
Litigation Cases – Including ITAT, Income Tax Appeal Cases, and Statutory Orders
Legal Notices – Expert handling of tax-related legal matters
ITR Filing & Return Preparation – For individuals, firms, and corporates
Direct Taxes – Deep understanding and hands-on experience
Articleship – Completed with exposure to tax and compliance work

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead all taxation matters and strategy
Represent clients in litigation, appeals, and tribunal cases
Respond to and manage statutory orders and notices
Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with latest tax laws
Work directly with leadership and legal teams on complex tax planning
📌 Qualifications:
CA-qualified or equivalent with strong taxation exposure
Minimum 3 years of experience in taxation and litigation
Strong analytical and interpretation skills
Proficient in income tax software and legal drafting
