Job Description

Job Title: Field Executive – Merchant Support

Company: Paytm

Job Location: Nearby area within 4–5 km

Salary:

Freshers: ₹26,000 CTC (₹23,000 In-hand)

Experienced: ₹31,000 CTC (₹28,000 In-hand)

Job Responsibilities:

Resolve and close customer complaints related to Paytm merchant services.

Visit merchant locations to collect faulty sound boxes and replace them if required.

Install and set up QR codes for merchants.

Change or replace SIM cards in Paytm sound boxes when needed.

Handle new merchant onboarding, including installation of Paytm Sound Box and QR code.

Working Area:

Field work within a 4–5 km nearby radius.

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off:

Sunday fixed off

All National Holidays off

Eligibility:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Basic communication skills and willingness to work in the field.
