The Senior Operations Manager /Manager will lead end-to-end operations across service centres and field teams, ensuring seamless execution of vehicle pickup and drop-off services. This role goes beyond coordination to include team leadership, performance management, process optimization, and driving operational growth.
1. Provide Leadership & Driver Operations Management
Lead, mentor, and manage Operations through self and executives. Overall responsible for driver coordination and service delivery.
Ensure driver hiring, onboarding, and training to meet evolving business requirements.
Meet performance benchmarks for drivers and operations staff.
Resolve service centre / customer escalations related to driver field challenges
2. Service Centre Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain good relationships with key service centre partners and act as the primary escalation point.
Ensure strong alignment with service centres to drive service quality & bookings targets.
Constantly plan & innovate workflows, trainings driver to enhance customer experience. operational efficiency and service quality.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred) with minimum 4 years relevant experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
Good command of basic computer tools (Excel, email, WhatsApp, CRMs)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Experience in managing field teams or blue-collar staff is a plus
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
