Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries, journal postings, and reconciliation of accounts.

• Handle GST returns filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensure timely compliance with GST laws and updates.

• Maintain books of accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS).

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash transactions.

• Prepare and review TDS returns, vendor payments, and invoices.

• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.

• Stay updated on amendments in GST laws and accounting standards.

• Assist management with financial reporting and MIS preparation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in accounting and GST compliance (preferably in a manufacturing or trading firm).

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP software and MS Excel.

• Hands-on experience in GST return filing, input tax credit reconciliation, and GST compliance.

• Good understanding of TDS, Income Tax, and general accounting principles.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
