Accounts Executive

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (sales, purchase, expenses, and payments).

• Prepare and maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP or similar accounting software.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (returns, challans, reconciliations).

• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and monthly financial statements.

• Coordinate with banks for payments, reconciliations, and financial transactions.

• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.

• Support audits (internal and statutory) and provide necessary documentation.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
