Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and manage daily accounting transactions in Busy Accounting Software.

• Prepare and maintain ledgers, cash books, and bank reconciliations.

• Handle invoices, receipts, payments, and vendor reconciliations.

• Manage petty cash and maintain accurate expense records.

• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.

• Prepare financial and management reports as required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when needed.
