We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Ak Enterprise Solutions. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided lead list
Educate customers about the benefits and features of our Ayurvedic products.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate product solutions
. Achieve Daily and Monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Provide feedback on customer trends, product performance, and market opportunities.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve sales strategies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
