About the Company

We are a homegrown, small-sized company specializing in manufacturing and distributing artisanala fermented food and beverage products. Our mission is to deliver exceptional products and service to retailers, restaurants, and partners while fostering long-term business relationships. We are also part of Shark tank Season 1.

Position: Account Executive

Location: Parsik Hill, sec 26, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts monthly.

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Monitor inventory transactions and cost of goods sold, assisting in accurate financial tracking for manufacturing and distribution.

• salary processing and ensure timely payment of employees and vendors.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax preparers, and regulatory agencies as needed.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both digital and physical.

• Collaborate with other departments (sales, production, logistics) to ensure smooth financial operations.

Work Schedule -

• Mon- Saturday - 9am to 6pm

• Sundays + 10 fixed holidays + 18 earned leave per year.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• ideally 2+ years of accounting experience, prefered if with manufacturing

• Proficiency in Tally.

• Strong understanding of GENERALLY ACCEPTED ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES and relevant tax regulations.

• Attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

• Ability to analyze financial data and translate findings into recommendations.

• High level of integrity and professionalism; ability to handle confidential information.

• Experience in inventory and cost accounting is an asset.

Salary Reference

Freshers - •Without internship experience - 10k per month 6 month probation

Experience

•With min 1 year internship or 6 month experience - 12k per month 6 month probation

• 1 year job experience and Good tally knowledge - to be discussed

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
