Job Summary:

Sudarshan Pharma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to manage and oversee financial operations within a fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturing setup. The role involves ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting business decisions through effective financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations for the manufacturing unit
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
Handle costing and inventory accounting specific to pharmaceutical manufacturing
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with industry standards
Lead, train, and supervise the accounts team
Support management with financial planning, forecasting, and cost control
Work closely with production and procurement teams for cost optimization

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CA / Inter CA / MBA Finance preferred)
5–10 years of experience, preferably in pharma/manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
Experience in inventory management and product costing
Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and Advanced Excel
Strong analytical and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a startup or fast-growing organization
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and team management skills
