Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and knowledgeable Accountant who can manage day-to-day accounting as well as statutory compliances including ESIC, PF, GST, and general financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining books, preparing returns, and coordinating with authorities.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Statutory Compliance (ESIC & PF)

• Prepare and submit ESIC & PF challans on time

• Maintain employee records for PF/ESI

• Handle registrations, additions, and exits of employees

• Coordinate with HR for payroll and compliance updates

📌 GST Management

• Prepare & file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

• Handle GST reconciliation and maintain proper records

• Ensure compliance with GST rules and deadlines

• Manage input tax credit (ITC) documentation

📌 Accounting & Finance

• Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally/ERP

• Handle sales, purchase, expense entries & bank reconciliation

• Manage invoices, bills, and vendor payments

• Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial statements

• Support audits and provide required documents

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of ESIC, PF, GST, and Tally

• Understanding of payroll processing

• Good Excel and documentation skills

• Ability to work with accuracy and within deadlines

• Strong communication & coordination skills

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
