Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in preparing reports and statements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, payments, receipts, and vouchers.

• Prepare and maintain books of accounts up to finalization.

• Handle GST, TDS calculations, returns filing, and compliance documentation.

• Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.

• Maintain records of petty cash and ensure accurate entries.

• Support in audits (internal & statutory) by providing necessary data and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors or consultants.

• Ensure timely follow-up on accounts receivable and payable.

Required Skills:

·         Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances (GST, TDS, etc.).

·         Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP or similar).

·         Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

·         Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

·         Strong communication and organizational skills.

·         Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

·         B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

·         1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
