LOCATION - Kuvadva, Rajkot

Role Overview:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for stock maintenance, purchase coordination, loading/unloading supervision, dispatch management, and team coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory & Stock Management

o Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.

o Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.

o Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when required.

• Purchase & Vendor Coordination

o Coordinate with the purchase team and vendors for timely delivery of goods.

o Verify quality and quantity of received material against purchase orders.

• Logistics & Export Handling

o Supervise loading/unloading of consignments.

o Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation for export shipments.

o Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatches.

• Team & Operations Management

o Assign tasks and oversee warehouse staff.

o Ensure safe material handling and warehouse discipline.

o Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Reporting & Compliance

o Prepare daily/weekly stock and dispatch reports.

o Track pending orders, shortages, and delays, escalating when necessary.

o Ensure compliance with company policies, export guidelines, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse/export/logistics operations.

• Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/Tally/MS Excel preferred).

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
