Job Title: Sales Executive– Import & Export
Job Summary
The Sales Executive in an Import–Export business is responsible for generating international sales, managing overseas clients, negotiating deals, and supporting smooth execution of export and import orders.
Experience Required
Minimum 1 year experience in Import–Export sales or international business development
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert international sales leads
Handle overseas clients and buyers professionally
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales proposals
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams
Follow up on shipments, payments, and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ year experience in Import–Export or international sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of export documentation and INCOTERMS
Experience using trade portals is a plus
