We are looking for a Coordinator to join our team at R1 Radiance Lights Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods. You will play an important part in supporting the supply chain and sales teams. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and provides excellent opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and dispatch orders while keeping stock records up to date.

• Store goods properly and ensure all items are labeled correctly.

• Check the quality of goods before dispatch.

• Train workers to handle materials safely, including hazardous items.

• Monitor and update inventory regularly.

• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Support the sales and marketing teams with inventory updates and dispatch planning.

• Maintain smooth operations and ensure compliance with company standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in coordination or inventory management.

• Candidates with an electrical industry background will be preferred.

• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing is required to coordinate effectively with the sales team.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

• Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking and reporting.

• Ability to manage a small team and work efficiently under pressure.

• Locations: Pune and Mumbai (candidates from both locations can apply).

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
