Job Title: Store Manager .

Reporting to: Director of the company.

Experience: 2 to 5 years.

Salary: range from 2.40 LPA to 3.60 LPA.

Job Summary: We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily operations in our slime manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a team and ensuring smooth production, packing, and shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the packing team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

• Coordinate with the logistics team to get shipments ready for dispatch.

• Maintain production efficiency and ensure that daily targets are met.

• Ensure quality control and proper packaging of all slime products.

• Handle team management, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

• Maintain inventory records and ensure the availability of required packing materials.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace following company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in team handling and Store/warehouse floor management.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• The candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
