We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets. You should be confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers from provided or self-generated leads
Promote and sell company products/services to both new and existing customers
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction
Handle customer objections effectively and close deals over the phone
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM system
Follow up on leads and conduct follow-up calls to maintain customer interest
Work closely with the sales team and report performance regularly to the manager
Minimum 1 year of telesales or outbound calling experience
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics
Familiar with CRM tools and basic computer skills
