Job Title: Warehouse Executive / Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Supervise daily warehouse operations including inventory control, quality assurance, logistics, floor productivity, and packaging.

• ✅ Schedule, monitor, and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and minimize overtime.

• ✅ Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and machinery; coordinate maintenance as required.

• ✅ Maintain accurate records of goods received (GRNs) and ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions.

• ✅ Analyze productivity with warehouse leads and implement plans to reduce loss and improve performance.

• ✅ Manage logistics and transportation, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.

• ✅ Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchase, and Designing teams for smooth material flow and inventory alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 🔹 Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, safety standards, and logistics coordination

• 🔹 Excellent leadership and team supervision skills

• 🔹 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• 🔹 Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)

• 🔹 Proficiency in inventory software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools

• 🔹 Minimum 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics roles
