Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage dashboards in Google Sheets (FMS, PMS, WMS, etc.)

Design and automate workflows using Google Forms & Sheet formulas

Maintain systems for production tracking, warehouse stock, and task flows

Build structured sheets using ARRAYFORMULA, VLOOKUP, FILTER, IF, etc.

Coordinate with warehouse, production, and department teams

Generate daily and monthly reports for management

Must-Have Skills:

Advanced Google Sheets (non-coding automation)

Strong experience in Flow Monitoring Systems (FMS)

Good understanding of Production Management (PMS) and Warehouse Systems (WMS)

Experience with Google Forms, validation, and interlinked workflows

Organized, detail-oriented, and good in follow-ups

Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce / IT / Science / Engineering

1–2 years of relevant MIS or data system experience
