Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage dashboards in Google Sheets (FMS, PMS, WMS, etc.)

• Design and automate workflows using Google Forms & Sheet formulas

• Maintain systems for production tracking, warehouse stock, and task flows

• Build structured sheets using ARRAYFORMULA, VLOOKUP, FILTER, IF, etc.

• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and department teams

• Generate daily and monthly reports for management

Must-Have Skills:

• Advanced Google Sheets (non-coding automation)

• Strong experience in Flow Monitoring Systems (FMS)

• Good understanding of Production Management (PMS) and Warehouse Systems (WMS)

• Experience with Google Forms, validation, and interlinked workflows

• Organized, detail-oriented, and good in follow-ups

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce / IT / Science / Engineering

• 1–2 years of relevant MIS or data system experience
