Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Job Description:
We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to manage day-to-day warehouse activities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and handling raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in compliance with cGMP, GDP, and company SOPs. The candidate will ensure accurate documentation, inventory control, and coordination with Production, QA, and QC teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and issue RM, PM, and FG as per SOPs

• Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and material traceability

• Perform material labeling, segregation, and status identification

• Handle SAP/ERP entries for GRN, issuance, and stock updates

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and temperature/humidity records

• Support audits, stock verification, and reconciliation activities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / HSC with relevant warehouse experience

• 2–5 years of experience in a pharma warehouse (preferred)

• Exposure to cGMP/GDP regulated environment

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control

• Basic SAP/ERP and documentation skills

• Understanding of cGMP, GDP, and safety practices

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
