Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage incoming orders accurately.
Track and update order status in the system.
Accurately input data into company systems and databases.
Maintain updated records of orders, shipments, and customer details.
Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Coordinate with teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Handle inquiries from clients and internal teams professionally.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding their orders.
Generate and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel.
Present data insights and maintain organized records.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors and Masters from commerce background required.
Minimum Exp : Fresher can apply.
Maximum Exp : 3 Years.
Skills and Competencies Required:
Proficiency in creating and managing spreadsheets, formulas, and basic reporting tools.
Familiarity with general computer operations and data management software.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Strong attention to detail for maintaining data integrity.
Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with clients and teams.
