We need the following qualities ..To manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for Robo Acotec Walls projects. The role involves preparing BOQs, conducting cost analysis, tracking project expenses, and ensuring cost-effective execution. The candidate will handle tendering, contract negotiations, vendor coordination, and site verification to optimize resources and minimize wastage. Responsibilities also include managing progress payments, change orders, and client/vendor communication while ensuring compliance with project specifications, with Positive attitude and Good communication and written skills.
