• Handle the purchase of raw materials, components, tools, and consumables.

• Obtain quotations from suppliers/vendors and prepare price comparison sheets.

• Negotiate rates and finalize purchase deals.

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and obtain necessary approvals.

• Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.

• Maintain and update the vendor database; develop new vendors as needed.
