Job Summary
The Purchase Executive manages the entire buying process – from finding suppliers to making sure materials are delivered on time with all required documents. The role needs good coordination, follow-up, and attention to detail to maintain quality, cost control, and timely supply.
Main Responsibilities
Understand products, parts, and specifications and identify new suppliers locally and internationally.
Prepare and process RFQs and Purchase Orders, ensuring all approvals and follow-ups are completed on time.
Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth purchase operations.
Maintain and update all purchase, payment, and production trackers accurately.
Verify invoices and shipping documents, manage duty payments, and ensure all documentation compliance.
Enter and update supplier and order details in Zoho
Monitor stock levels, analyze costs, and support in preparing stock and price comparison reports.
Follow and help improve company SOPs to make procurement processes more efficient.
Track supplier performance, learn from market trends, and suggest workflow improvements.
Ensure all purchase activities are completed on time with full ownership and responsibility.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related field
2-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain
Experience with international suppliers preferred.
