Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating procurement activities, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring smooth operational reporting. This role involves close coordination with suppliers, internal teams, and maintaining accurate records for efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Take complete ownership of packing material inventory and ensure proper stock management.
Monitor Minimum Stock Levels (MSL) and initiate timely reordering of materials.
Perform monthly closing stock verification of packing materials and submit reports.
Track daily closing stock of raw materials and finished goods.
Monitor and record return stock, production losses, and material variances.
Follow up with suppliers for timely procurement of raw materials and consumables.
Coordinate with LPG vendors for connectivity, supply, and refilling requirements.
Monitor material contracts and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and submit daily operational reports.
Maintain records of material inward, consumption, finished goods conversion, and closing stock.
Share required data with internal teams for documentation and reporting purposes.
Prepare weekly cost reports related to packing materials and job work activities.
Maintain and update petty cash records on a regular basis.
Prepare and track weekly consumption reports (e.g., fuel/LPG usage).
Maintain and track key customer-related data for reporting and documentation purposes.
Monitor green coffee contracts and coordinate follow-up with HO team.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Inventory management and stock control knowledge
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2-3 years of experience in inventory coordination, operations, or inventory management
Candidate must speak Kannada
