Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Receive and review customer orders via app.
  • Locate and pick inventory items from shelves or storage zones.
  • Verify product details
  • Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
  • Pack items into appropriate containers (boxes, bags, crates) using packing materials to prevent damage.
  • Label, seal, and prepare orders for dispatch, pickup or delivery.
  • Ensure items are packed in the correct sequence (eg : cold items, fragile items).
  • Load packed orders onto delivery trolleys or handover areas.
  • Follow safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards in the work area.
