Packaging Executive – Style Feathers

The Packaging Executive helps with daily packaging work. This role is for someone who wants to learn and support the smooth packing of products in our warehouse.

Main Responsibilities:

• Stick labels and scan products before packing them.

• Follow proper steps (SOPs) to pack and dispatch items.

• Inform your supervisor if something is wrong with the order or product.

• Keep the packaging area clean, safe, and well-organized.

• Work with the team to finish daily packaging tasks.

Skills You Need:

      Soft Skills:

• Speak and understand clearly

• Work well with time and team

• Adjust quickly to new processes

• Handle small conflicts calmly

• Solve basic problems

• Help train new team members

• Work with other departments when needed

Technical Skills:

• Know how to use a computer

• Understand how to scan barcodes and use labels

• Know how to manage online order packaging and returns

• Look for ways to improve work

• Plan tasks properly

• Read basic data and improve from it

• Work together with other teams

Qualifications:

• At least 10+2 pass (HSC)

• Any previous work in packaging or warehouse is a plus

How Your Work Will Be Measured (KPIs):

• Number of orders packed correctly

• Mistakes during packing

• Being on time and present at work

• Following packing steps properly and finishing on time
