🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatches and monitor inbound/outbound logistics activities

• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments

• Maintain accurate records in SAP/ERP systems

• Prepare reports and trackers using MS Excel

• Respond to emails professionally and promptly

• Ensure timely resolution of logistics-related issues

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain operations

• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)

• Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems

• Strong communication skills in written English

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
