Key Responsibilities:

• Make sure all orders are shipped efficiently by managing courier partners.

• Keep track of orders and update clients with timely information.

• Communicate with clients via email and phone to solve any logistics-related issues.

• Oversee the billing, paperwork, and other tasks related to shipments.

• Provide regular updates to senior management on logistics and courier performance.

• Help improve logistics management systems.

• Ensure courier bills match the actual shipments and charges.

• knowledge of giving freight cost.

Skills & Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or a similar role.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Comfortable with numbers and data analysis.

• Disciplined, reliable, and focused on accuracy.

Proficient in advanced Excel for tracking and reporting
