JD for Packaging Associate :

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and pack products for shipping according to the company's guidelines and quality standards.

• Accurately label packages with the correct shipping and handling information.

• Use packaging materials (e.g., boxes, bubble wrap, tapes) efficiently to ensure the safety of products during transit.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and reporting discrepancies.

• Collaborate with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to meet daily shipping targets.

• Operate packaging equipment and tools, such as sealing machines and box cutters, safely and correctly.

• Identify and report any packaging issues or process improvements to the supervisor.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations regarding packaging and shipping.
