Freight Broker

Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to U.S. clients for their logistics / freight requirements

• Connect shippers and carriers to finalize and book loads

• Negotiate freight rates to ensure profitable deals

• Schedule, track, and monitor shipments for timely delivery

• Maintain strong relationships with carriers & customers

• Handle shipping documentation and follow-ups

• Support business growth by onboarding new logistics partners

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)

• Strong sales, negotiation, and decision-making abilities

• Customer coordination and relationship management skills

• Graduate preferred (Freshers with outstanding English can apply.)

• Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. Process)

• Target-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
