We are now looking for a Head of Sales to lead our sales team and expand our B2B client base in Noida.

Key Responsibilities
· Own and achieve sales targets for digital marketing, branding, and advertising services
· Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers, Area Sales Executives, and Inside Sales Executives
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies, processes, and pipelines
· Personally engage with MSME clients, understand their needs, and close deals
· Identify new business opportunities and markets in Noida & NCR
· Track, report, and optimize team performance metrics
· Ensure smooth collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations teams
· Foster long-term client relationships and repeat business opportunities
Required Qualifications & Skills
• MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• 10–12 years in sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in B2B sales with strong revenue achievements.
• Experience in advertising, marketing, tech, and SaaS sales.
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage & motivate teams.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools, and sales analytics.
