Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Monitoring Executive to oversee and track our logistics fleet in real-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the movement, performance, and status of vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries, minimizing downtime, and improving operational efficiency through data and system insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Real-time monitoring of vehicle movement through GPS tracking systems.

Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams for route optimization and timely deliveries.

Ensure compliance with transport schedules, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Track fuel consumption, idling time, and driver behavior using telematics.

Generate and analyze daily/weekly reports on fleet performance and share insights.

Assist in handling breakdowns, route deviations, or delays in coordination with field teams.

Maintain accurate records of trips, maintenance schedules, and vehicle availability.

Work closely with the operations and maintenance departments to ensure fleet uptime.

Ensure all vehicles are compliant with insurance, permits, and documentation.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline; preference for logistics/supply chain-related education.

0–1 years of experience in fleet monitoring or transport/logistics coordination.

Proficient in using fleet tracking software and MS Office (especially Excel).

Strong communication skills (Hindi, English, and regional language as required).

Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required).

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational issues.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with GPS tracking systems like Fleetx, LocoNav, or similar platforms.

Basic knowledge of transport compliance and logistics documents.

Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS).
