### Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Factory Supervisors to oversee operations in different departments of our manufacturing facility. The Factory Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day activities, ensuring efficiency, safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting smooth operations within their respective departments.

### Key Responsibilities:

#### General Responsibilities (Applicable to all Supervisors):

- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in the assigned department.

- Ensure adherence to production schedules, safety protocols, and company standards.

- Train, guide, and motivate team members for better performance.

- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

- Liaise with senior management and other departments to resolve operational challenges.

#### Role-Specific Responsibilities:

1. Manufacturing Supervisor (1 Opening):

- Oversee the production line and ensure smooth workflow.

- Monitor production output, efficiency, and resource utilization.

- Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained.

2. Quality Control Supervisor (1 Opening):

- Monitor quality standards and enforce compliance with specifications.

- Inspect production processes and finished goods.

- Implement quality assurance checks and corrective measures.

- Maintain records of inspections, tests, and compliance audits.

3. Stores Management Supervisor (1 Opening):

- Manage and oversee the inflow and outflow of raw materials and finished goods.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material supply.

- Implement proper storage, handling, and safety protocols.

### Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/quality control/store operations (as per applied role).

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of safety, compliance, and industry regulations.

- Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

### Work Environment & Conditions:

- Factory floor-based role with exposure to manufacturing operations.

- Requires adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE.
