We are looking for a responsible and energetic Operations Executive to join our Bakingo team. In this role, you will be managing daily store operations, coordinating deliveries, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality.Key Responsibilities:Handle daily order processing and ensure timely dispatchCoordinate with delivery partners and assign delivery routes efficientlyMaintain inventory records, stock levels, and place orders for required materialsEnsure all cakes and bakery products are packed and handled carefullyMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the storeCommunicate with the bakery team, support team, and management when requiredHandle customer concerns politely and provide quick solutionsPrepare daily sales and operations reportsSkills & Requirements:Good communication and coordination skillsBasic knowledge of computer / mobile appsAbility to handle pressure and multitask during peak hoursShould be punctual, responsible, and proactivePrior experience in Food & Beverage / Delivery / Operations will be preferredWork Environment & Benefits:Supportive and growth-oriented work cultureSalary as per market standards + incentivesOpportunity to learn and grow in the bakery & food industry
