Position: Waiter / Service Staff
Experience Required: Minimum 1 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.

• Present menus, take customer orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently.

• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area at all times.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.

• Handle billing, payments, and table clearing.

• Address customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in restaurant or café service.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverages (additional advantage).

• Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
