Waiter

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while ensuring guests receive top-quality service.

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, escort them to their tables, and present menus.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.

• Serve food and drinks efficiently and ensure orders are delivered correctly.

• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.

• Process bills, accept payments, and handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions.

• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant, including table arrangements and restocking supplies.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor.
