Field Sales Executive Job DescriptionRole: Field Sales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities: • Identify and approach new merchants and businesses to promote services. • Onboard shop owners for QR, Soundbox, and other digital payment solutions. • Explain product features and benefits to potential clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants. • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. • Conduct market visits and generate new leads. • Assist merchants with installation and basic troubleshooting of devices. • Provide regular updates and sales reports to the manager.Required Skills: • Good communication and convincing skills. • Basic knowledge of digital payments and mobile apps. • Ability to work in field and meet sales targets. • Strong customer relationship skills.Qualification: • Minimum 10th pass/12th/ Graduate preferred. • Sales or field marketing experience is an advantage.
