Roles & Responsibilities – Waiter

• Greet and serve customers in a polite and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and deliver food and beverages on time.

• Ensure tables, chairs, and serving areas are clean and well-arranged.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order service.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the café.

• Handle customer feedback and report issues to the manager.

• Support the team during rush hours and ensure a positive dining experience.

Roles & Responsibilities – Chef (Snacks & Beverages)

• Prepare and cook items such as Maggi, pasta, sandwiches, pizza, burgers, and beverages.

• Maintain quality, taste, and consistency of all food items.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.

• Manage kitchen inventory and inform management about stock requirements.

• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.

• Keep equipment clean and in good working condition.

• Coordinate with waiters and management for smooth operations.

Key Skills (Both Roles):

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and customer service.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.

• Positive attitude and cleanliness awareness.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
