We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, especially for sales and real estate roles. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of hiring quality talent within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to joining)
Post job openings on portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further rounds
Schedule and follow up with candidates till onboarding
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Meet monthly hiring targets
Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)
0–2 years of experience (Freshers with good communication can apply)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment portals
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Target-oriented mindset

Salary:

Fixed salary + Attractive incentives based on hiring performance

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days working)
