Designation: Steward / Senior Steward
Vacancies: 01 – 03 | Steward
Location: Mumbai
Preferred Background: Fine dining or café service (not QSR) with multi-cuisine F&B exposure
Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setup and preparation of dining areas as per fine dining standards.

• Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and offer recommendations.

• Take and serve accurate food & beverage orders, ensuring high-quality service.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand standards.

• Handle billing and payments accurately while maintaining confidentiality.

• Ensure proper grooming, uniform standards, and professional conduct at all times.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1–3 years of experience in fine dining or premium café environments.

• Strong communication and guest service skills.

• Well-groomed, disciplined, and team-oriented.

• Passionate about hospitality and customer experience excellence.
