Core Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests warmly; ensure a pleasant dining experience
• Assist with reservations and seating arrangements
• Take orders and serve food & beverages as per service standards
• Maintain good knowledge of menu and assist guests with selections
• Ensure timely service and handle guest queries professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen for orders and updates
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas
• Clear tables and manage table setup as per standards
• Handle billing, POS operations, and shift closing
• Follow SOPs and ensure brand service standards are met
• Support team members and assist in staff training
• Manage inventory checks and daily operational duties
